The risk that no one needs or wants is Pest Infestations!

If you buy a new property as I suggest, you’ll know there are no pest issues on handover. At the end of the construction period, ensure your building inspector checks that pest protection systems are installed correctly and that they come with a warranty.

Your rental manager should then organise regular pest inspections. Once again this is why you must get a reputable rental manager who will manage this for you. No one wants to rent properties with Pest Problems!
