We are excited to introduce our daily email from Daimien Patterson’s new book Wealth Through Property. Each day we will share life changing information on property investment that will help you on your road to property investment success!

Ever wondered who’s behind the insightful wisdom shared in Wealth Through Property? Allow us to introduce the author, Daimien Patterson. Here’s a glimpse into his life and journey, which forms the foundation of his expertise in property investment:

Background:
Daimien grew up in Campbelltown, Sydney, with a single mother and three siblings.
Witnessing his mother’s financial struggles while working hard to support the family left a lasting impact on him. He learned the importance of not taking anything for granted and resolved never to face such financial challenges when he had a family of his own.

Military Service:
Daimien left home at 16 and lived in a share home while he completed his schooling. Thereafter he then joined the Army, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He served in the regular Army for 14 years, including operational tours in East Timor and Iraq. The discipline and dedication he developed during this time played a significant role in his approach to financial success.

Financial Awakening:
While deployed in Timor, Daimien saved money and paid off his debts, returning with $60,000.
This marked the beginning of his journey into property investment.

Learning from Mistakes:
In Wealth Through Property, Daimien shares his own investment mistakes, like buying a property in the wrong location. He emphasises the importance of learning from others’ mistakes to make wise decisions in real estate.

Commitment to Education:
While stationed in Iraq, Daimien followed a rigorous daily routine that included studying property investment books. This dedication led to the development of his three golden rules for successful property investing (we will share these in an upcoming email).

Transition to Property Expert:
Returning from Iraq in 2005 with $110,000 in savings, Daimien began applying his golden rules and achieved substantial success in property investment. In 2010, he left a high-paying job to start his own company, Integrity Property Investment, with a commitment to integrity and client success.

Daimien Patterson’s journey from a modest upbringing to a successful property investor and educator is a testament to the power of knowledge and smart financial decisions. His story serves as an inspiration for those looking to build wealth through property.
