Often the hardest people to ignore the advice of, no matter how bad it is, are your family, and in particular your parents. Just remember to remind yourself that if you want to turn out like your parents, take their financial advice!
Some people are very fortunate to have wealthy parents. Those people should pay very close attention to what their parents have to say about creating wealth. But for the remaining 95 percent of society, we should just smile politely and thank our parents for caring about us so much, and then proceed to get the assistance of professionals.
