Steady Confidence Amidst Apprehensions: While apprehensions exist, a significant proportion of buyers remain optimistic. Nearly a quarter of consumers aged 18 and above actively explore buying opportunities, showing steady confidence in market conditions.

Motivations for Buying: Lifestyle changes emerge as the primary motivator for buying, cited by 32% of respondents. Financial gains (18%), downsizing (13%), retirement (12%), and upsizing (12%) follow. These diverse motivations underscore buyer preferences and priorities.

Anticipated Demand: About one-third of respondents anticipate stronger demand for property in the coming months, reflecting positive sentiment towards market dynamics and future prospects.

First-Home Buyer Trends: Though first-home buyers may not be as active compared to the previous quarter, they remain a significant market segment, contributing to its vibrancy and diversity.
