Get In The Water!
If you want to learn to surf, you need to get in the water.
If you want to catch the next big wave, you need to get in the water!
Plenty of us are ‘Gunnas’. “I’m gunna do this. I’m gunna do that”. But we never actually do it.
Why?
Procrastination.
Fear of failure.
Wrong priorities with our time.
If you have a goal, you need to face your fears, commit the time, and get it done.
If you want to catch the next big wave ? you need to actually be in the bloody water! Not on the beach chatting up the chicks (or blokes) and telling everyone what a great surfer you will be one day.
And if you want to catch the next big property wave, you need to have your surfboards (properties) in the water ready to go!
Get in the water.
If you want to build a portfolio of properties that are going to go up in value and pay you an ever increasing passive income so you can retire early and don’t have to work anymore, then you need to take action and actually do something!
Stop talking about it. Stop making excuses.
You’re only hurting yourself by telling yourself it’s ok to put it off. It’s not ok. You’ll just keep doing that.
Get in the water!
