My Property Investment Tip #3

My Property Investment Tip #3
Make sure your properties pay for themselves!
So many people blindly go out and buy investment properties without making sure they will pay for themselves.
Now think about that for a second… If the property is costing you -$200 per week, how many of those can you own before you run out of spare cash?
And isn’t the name of the game to make money, not lose it?! Well you need to be doing that for cashflow as well as capital growth.
Positive cashflow properties DO exist. And they exist in capital cities, in suburbs that have infrastructure going in driving up prices. I know this, because finding them is something we do every day for our clients.
Now think about this… How many positive cashflow properties, that are not only going up in value, but are also putting at least $50pw in extra in your pocket from day one, can you own? The answer: an unlimited number.
My goal this year is to help as many of my friends as possible get themselves heading in the right direction using property. Safe As Houses! (Someone should write a book by that name! …wait I did! Haha)
Anyways… If you want some help, feel free to message me.
