The 6 big mistakes to avoid when buying property. Are you guilty of this last mistake?

The last mistake is not taking action.

You will always find a reason to put it off. The next thing you know is 20 years have past, and you still haven’t done anything. You need to get your priorities in order. Your work only pays you a few hundred dollars a day, but investing in property will pay you hundreds to thousands of dollars for very little effort. Get your priorities straight and take action right now. Not tomorrow, not next week.

Take Action!

The best time to buy property is yesterday, and the second best time is today. The absolute worst time is tomorrow because “tomorrow never comes.” Tomorrow is the procrastinator’s due date. So many people fail to make any money in property investing because they wait for too long and miss the boat where the boom period takes off, where they can get great capital growth.
